About the Awards

Each year, CRE professionals can submit their closed sale and lease transactions to be considered towards the CoStar Awards. CoStar then verifies and analyses thousands of deals submitted to identify winners in each market. Recognised as the premier recognition programme for the industry, both the agencies and individual agents can gain acknowledgement and exposure among the industry's elite.   

CoStar Awards Quarterly Deals   
CoStar Awards Quarterly Deals are designed to recognise agents and their top deals in each market every quarter, based on price and square footage. Submit your deals that close within each financial quarter by the below deadlines to be recognised among commercial real estate's elite. Winners of the quarterly deals awards receive extensive promotion in the CoStar product and marketing channels. In addition, exclusive winners' templates are made available to promote your success among your peers and clients.   

Annual CoStar Awards   
Quarterly deals are aggregated and considered for the annual CoStar Awards. In addition to the recognition and promotion provided for the quarterly awards, annual winners also receive a personalised trophy.
